Question:
I find that my seasonal pollen allergies exaccerbate the fatigue of CFS.
I'm taking nasonex; does anyone know of any effective nontraditional means
of mitigating the allergysymptoms?

I am not looking forward to the pollen season either. I use a prescription nasal spray called Flonase. That works fairly well, but doesn't completely get rid of the sinus congestion and extra fatigue.
If I have to travel somewhere via car, I will wear a pollen mask in the car. That helps reduce the amount of pollen that effects me as we are driving through the pollen clouds at 55mph.
The "Allergy Free" people sell a "natural" product that is supposed to help with allergy symptoms. It is called
"Ultra Plan allergy 10" I tried it once but it made my heart race so I quit taking it. It costs $14.95 for a bottle of 60 tablets. You are supposed to take 1 tablet 3 times a day and for extreme cases, 2 tablets 3 times a day.
