Margaret and myself have two sons, David and Jim, who have had asthma all

We ran across a product made by Alpine Industries, that cleans the air in an
entire house and is
only the size of a toaster oven. It's not an air filter, but an air purifier
and it works!

Is everyone aware that Alpine Industries is under a federal
court injunction to stop advertising health cures etc. for
the AlpineAir gadget? The injunction applies to their
agents (ie, barry cohen) also.

going into full-blown asthma attacks.
Yeah, get a hepa/carbon type. And make sure it's made of metal, not PVC
plastic, because the PVC offgasses and can also aggravate asthma. I am the mother of the two boys with asthma. I did not post my letter to
alt.med.allergy so maybe someone elses child was helped by Alpine. I am in
no way saying my sons asthma was cured by the machine we have in our
home.But I will tell your for a child who has never slept a full week
straight since his birth and he is now 13 this has made his life, and mine
so much better. I could always know that atleast three nights I would be
awakened with my son standing over me saying,"Mom I can't breathe, can I
have a treatment." We are on our second treatment machine. Our insurance has
purchased them both at no cost to us to try and keep us out of the ER. I
know my son still has asthma and he may have it all his life. But now he and
I sleep all night . And that is a real blessing.So to our family the Alpine
machine is not a gadget as you call it but a blessing. We understood when we
bought the machine that they made no health claims. For our family it did
help more than we had even hoped .The improvement of life for a person is
worth a try. If it works and it helps it could be a blessing for many. Whilst exposing your lungs to ozone; which has been conclusively
demonstrated to be very bad for asthmatics. BAD idea! It puts out the same amount of ozone that is produced outdoors.
Does the clean fresh air outdoors hurt Asthma Suffers?
If you put your head in a swimming pool of water, it will kill you. Does
that mean water is bad for you? I am glad that the Alpine unit worked so well for you. May I respectfully
suggest that the website is very familiar with your product and we know
where to reach you if anyone would care to purchase one.
It seems that thewebsite is somewhat consumed with this debate, and perhaps it's
time to forge onward. I mean, we're all here for the same reason, that's
for an exchange of information and some moral support...and (I would think)
not for a forum to conduct ongoing arguments.
